The present invention relates to a smart door-lock device and a control method thereof. More specifically, according to the smart door-lock device and the control method thereof in which the present invention suggests, release of the lock state of a front door is prepared through RFID communications using a non-contact type RFID tag by comprising a RFID receiver and a touch sensor in the smart door-lock device, and then the lock state of the front door can be released by a non-contact method based on a touch output signal of the touch sensor installed on a handle of the door-lock.
