PASSIVE SAFETY FACILITY AND NUCLEAR POWER PLANT HAVING THE SAME

A passive safety facility is provided. The passive safety facility comprises: a cooling unit cooling first fluid discharged from a reactor coolant system or a vapor generator installed in the reactor coolant system and second fluid in a housing unit; a circulation inducing spraying unit spraying the first fluid discharged from the reactor coolant system or the vapor generator to the cooling unit, having a part partially opened toward the inside of the housing unit so that the second fluid is inserted by pressure drop generated when the first fluid is sprayed, and spraying the inserted second fluid along with the first fluid; and a filter unit connected with an outlet of the cooling unit to filter non-condensable gas discharged from the cooling unit and collecting a radioactive matter filtered from the non-condensable gas.
