<p>The present invention relates to an aggregate sorting system using water jet type and a method thereof capable of improving working environments by preventing dusts or fine particles from being scattered in a way that an aggregate is put into water stored in a water spray selection unit to be washed and the foreign substances are floated from the aggregate while being washed thus the aggregate and the foreign substances are separately identified and recycling soil by collecting the soil with a small particle attached to the aggregate. The system comprises: an input unit which has an pulverized aggregate inputted thereinto; a water spray sorting unit including a main body which prevents a constant level of water sprayed and stored in a spray member from being discharged outside and has a vibration separation unit formed with a higher height than a vacuum separation unit and a water spray member which is fixated to the main body and sorts an aggregate by circulating water stored in a storage unit to wash the aggregate, and floating foreign substances from the aggregate; a vacuum separation unit which separates the aggregate sorted in the water spray sorting unit in an opposite direction to a discharge direction of the foreign substances by the vibration member being vibrated by driving of a motor; a foreign substance guide unit which is formed with the same height with a level of water or a higher height than a level of water stored in the water spray selection unit and inclined to a foreign substance transfer side so that the foreign substances floated by the water spray selection unit can be discharged; a foreign guide transfer unit which drops water and a soil with a small granularity introduced through the foreign guide unit to the storage unit and transfers water and a soil with a large granularity outside using a transfer conveyor; a storage unit which stores a certain amount of water and soil dropped by the foreign substance transfer unit; and a soil collection unit which discharges the soil outside using a transfer screw rotated by driving of a motor to collect the soil.</p> |
