<p>The invention relates to an onion juice extractor which comprises: a case including an operation space therein, an insertion unit which has a washed onion is put thereto, and a discharge unit which discharges onion juice extracted from an onion to the outside, wherein the insertion unit is installed in an upper portion of the case and the discharge unit is installed in a lower portion of the case; a driving motor installed in an upper center of the case; a rotation axis which is positioned in an inner center of the case and includes an upper connection unit connected to the driving motor wherein the upper connection unit protrudes outside; a first pulverizing means which is installed in the rotation axis at specific intervals in a vertical direction and pulverizes an onion while interlocked with the rotation axis when the rotation axis is operated; and a steam supply unit which is installed in one side of the case and supplies steam inside the case. The extractor according to an embodiment of the invention has an advantage of obtaining a high-purity onion juice through a plurality of pulverization means and steam without a separate additive, improving productivity and processability, and reducing pungent taste and smell by suppressing enzyme reaction.</p> |
