Disclosed is a multi-user multiple-input and multiple-output system, wherein a method for uplink scheduling of base station includes the following processes of: selecting at least one set of members for simultaneous transmission among terminals by using the channel information received from each of the terminals; and generating a power control value of at least one of the sets and transmitting the value to the terminals configuring the corresponding set, wherein at least one of the sets is characterized by including a second set composed of the terminals selected according to interference regulation affecting the first set among the remaining terminals except for the first set of members composed of the terminals selected from the descending order of high reception power among the terminals.
