The present invention relates to an apparatus for grinding a concrete rail for a light rail transit capable of preventing an upper surface of a concrete rail from being irregularly ground by grinding a rail while moving a drive wheel moving a moving vehicle and being closely in contact with a rail. The concrete rail grinding apparatus for grinding upper parts of the concrete rails for a light rail transit provided on both sides in parallel comprises: a moving vehicle positioned on the upper parts of the both concrete rails and moving on the rails; and a grinding unit provided in the center of the moving vehicle to grind the upper parts of the concrete rails.
