The present invention relates to a brake disk and a wheel bearing assembly comprising the same, capable of reducing weight and saving maintenance cost by manufacturing a brake disk with two pieces of a head unit fixated to the wheel bearing assembly and a friction unit detachably coupled to the head unit. The wheel bearing assembly comprises: a hub which is rotatable by receiving power of a drive unit and has a hub flange formed to be extended outwardly on one end portion thereof, in which the one side of the hub flange is chamfered radially inward and has a chamfered unit and a projection unit formed on the outer periphery of the hub flange; an outer ring fixated to a vehicle body by surrounding the hub; rolling elements disposed between the hub and the outer ring; a head unit fixated to the chamfered unit and the projection unit of the hub flange; and a disk-shaped friction unit which is detachably coupled to the head unit and has friction surfaces on both sides thereof.
