<p>According to the present invention, an x-ray generating apparatus is disclosed. The disclosed x-ray generating apparatus includes a barrel unit, wherein a target is disposed on a front end portion, an electron path to the target is disposed inside, and a vacuum chamber is formed in a rear end portion; a mold power unit, which electrically connects the high voltage generation unit and transmits the high voltage via the electron gun; a thermal deformation prevention member, wherein the mold power unit is mounted; and an electron gun mounted to the thermal deformation prevention member and emitting an electron toward the target inside the vacuum chamber.</p> |
