<p>The present invention relates to a centrifugal separator comprising: a main rotor in which a plurality of spin columns which filter a mixed solution containing a sample having biological or chemical materials, and a buffer by centrifugal force are arranged at regular distance along a circumference direction; an inner rotor relatively rotating against the outer rotor and where a plurality of integrated containers arranged in a row with the spin column and accommodating a centrifugal separation solution filtered and discharged from the spin column are arranged in an outer radius direction of the spin column along the circumference direction; and an alignment unit relatively rotating the inner rotor and the outer rotor, and selectively aligning the spin column to one among the integrated containers. Accordingly, an extraction operation of a desired material contained in the sample is easily performed, and workability is improved, and automation is easily performed.</p> |
