The present invention relates to a roll to roll device for a printed circuit board. The roll to roll device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a metal roll and an elastic roll which is in contact with a part of the metal roll. The metal roll and the elastic roll press a processing member which moves between the metal roll and the elastic roll. The diameter of the metal roll is smaller than the diameter of the elastic roll. The elastic roll is made of plastic or epoxy materials.
