According to the present invention, a ducted fan comprises: a duct having a circular internal side circumference surface; and a propeller mounted on an inner side of the duct to be rotated. The present invention relates to a ducted fan with a plurality of vortex generating means which is not influenced by rotation of the propeller in an internal side circumference surface of the duct, and specifically, relates to a ducted fan with a vortex generating means, wherein a vortex generating means is installed in an area wherein moving desquamation may be greatly generated in an internal surface of the duct to delay moving desquamation for ducted fan efficiency of lift, thrust, or the like to be improved.
