<p>The present invention relates to a chin-up bar for home use, wherein a user installs a fixing band on the upper end of an indoor door frame and inserts a metal pipe into a fixing band so as to easily perform chin-up exercise, separating a metal pipe from a fixing band after exercise to supplement a fine view in the house. The present invention comprises: a metal plate with a specific area to be firmly fixated by a fixing factor on the upper end of a door frame; a holder for connecting the fixing band to the metal plate; a fixing band of a specific area which is hung on the holder and is rarely extended; and a metal pipe which can be easily inserted into and released from the fixing band. In addition, elastic grips are formed on both ends of a metal pipe so as to prevent a risk caused by randomly applying a power on one side and to relieve a stress on the hand of a user, while maintaining a left and right balance while a metal pipe is inserted into a fixing band.</p> |
