<p>The present invention relates to a display device having a touch screen, comprising: a TFT formed on a first surface of a display panel; a bridge pattern formed on a second surface of the display panel to be overlapped with the display panel; an insulation layer covering the bridge pattern; and wirings of the touch screen formed on the insulation layer. The wirings of the touch screen comprises wirings which are respectively at right angles. Wirings separated from a cross part of the wirings are connected from each other by being in contact with the bridge pattern through contact holes passing the insulation layer.</p> |
