According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is an oil discharging automatic control system for a hydraulic oil pump, which comprises: a flow indication control unit (FIC) determining a set point of a total head control unit (DPIC) and a discharge pressure control unit (PIC) when a user inputs a flow value; the total head control unit (DPIC) controlling a total head of a pump in accordance with the set point determined by the flow indication control unit (FIC); and the discharge pressure control unit (PIC) controlling discharge pressure of a pump in accordance with the set point determined by the flow indication control unit (FIC).
