The present invention relates to a system for registering product information to register information of a product sold in a shopping mall. The system for registering the product information comprises an input means to recognize or photograph a product code to identify a product or an image of a registered product; a seller terminal to transmit personal information and a product code of the registered product obtained from the input means; a main server to include a product registration DB to search product information matched with a product identification code; and a shopping mall to load product information matched with the product code by connecting to a product registration main server. In addition, provided is a method for registering product information comprising: a login step to load a product registration screen by connecting to a main server and by inputting personal information; a product code transmission step to generate a product code or to transmit or to input an existing product code to a product registration screen; a matching product information display step to display matched product information by searching the matched product information in a product registration DB of a main server; a shopping mall determination step to select a product registration shopping mall when the modification of the matching product information is not necessary or to select the product registration shopping mall by modifying product information such as a product image, a price, and a delivery method; and a product information registration method including a product registration notification step to transmit the product information registered in the determined shopping mall server.
