The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for processed foods containing transglutaminase added to a mixture of meat and starch and more specifically relates to the manufacturing method that mixes meats processed from transglutaminase and raw meats with starch extracted from grains and vegetable roots and other binding materials and then makes a dough to form processed foods such as noodles, fries and pancakes, so that consumers can enjoy a variety of foods in lives.
