The present invention relates to a programmable low-pass filter directly applied to a three-phase variable in an AC motor control system which includes algorithm directly using the three-phase variable. It includes a damping part which removes the noise of a variable measured among three-phase variables, and a compensation part which corrects phase and gain, and a calculation part which performs a calculation process according to calculation characteristic and outputs a filtered three-phase variable.
