A display device is provided. A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first substrate, a gate line which is located on the first substrate and is connected to a gate driving part, a reference power line located on the first substrate, a data line which is located on the first substrate, is insulated from the gate line and the reference power line to be interconnected, a first thin film transistor which is connected to the gate line and the data line and includes a first drain electrode, and a second thin film transistor which includes a second drain electrode, a third thin film transistor which is connected to the gate line, the reference power line, and the second thin film transistor, and a pixel electrode which includes a first sub pixel electrode connected to the fist thin film transistor and a second sub pixel electrode connected to the second thin film transistor. The first drain electrode is overlapped with the reference power line. The area of a region where the drain electrode is overlapped with the reference power line gradually increases to a gate driving part. |
