The present invention relates to a roaster equipped with a steam function, more specifically, to a roaster including a body unit and a cover unit having heat sources disposed at the top of the body unit, wherein a space unit (11) containing water (w) inside the body unit (10) is formed, a suction port (12) is configured in one side of the space unit (11), a suction fan (13) is configured in one side of the suction port (12), a reflector (21) is configured in an outer circumference of the heat sources (23) in order to prohibit the heat from outwardly generating heat, a plurality of discharge grooves (22) are configured under the cover unit (20), a nozzle (30) configured inside of the cover unit and connected to the suction port (12) by being extended to one side is configured, a plurality of protruding grooves (31) is formed under the nozzle (30) included inside of the cover unit (20), individually inserted and configured to the discharge grooves (22), and steam (s) is formed by the detected heat from the heat sources (23) of the cover unit (20), food put on a roasting tray (40) disposed on the top of the space unit (11) and seated in the body unit (10) can be deliciously roasted without being easily burnt by allowing the formed steam (s) to be moved through the nozzle (30) and exhausted through the discharge grooves (22), the formed steam (s) is inhaled and continuously sprayed to the top, and elvan is additionally put in the space unit (11), emitting far infrared rays and anion, and thus, is an useful invention, which may be conducive to health when the roasted food is taken. |
