Disclosed is a carbon dioxide gas welding device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the carbon dioxide gas welding device has a welding torch mounted on a fore-end of a robot arm wherein the welding torch is connected to a wire drum through a transfer pipe to receive wires, and is connected to a carbon dioxide gas tank through a gas tank to receive carbon dioxide (CO_2) gas and discharge the same to a welding part. The carbon dioxide gas welding device comprises: a rotation driving means composed on the fore-end of the robot arm to generate a rotation driving force on a rotating beam; a rotation supporting means installed in the fore-end of the rotating beam to support the rotation of the rotation driving means while being inserted into an upper end of a pipe material to be welded; and a radius varying means composed on one side of the rotating beam in a perpendicular direction to vary a radial direction of the welding torch with respect to the pipe material by the drive control of a motor while fixating the welding torch to correspond to one side the welding part of the pipe material.
