<p>The present invention refers to a tool for applying ear tags, particularly referring to an applicator plier, which is useful for applying in an efficient manner ear tags requiring a specific alignment or orientation before and during the application thereof in the ear of the animal. The design of the applicator plier prevents the user from assembling the male arrangement with the female arrangement in an incorrect manner, since there is a single way to place those arrangements in the corresponding positioners of the applicator plier, due to the geometry of the same, thus warrantying the correct alignment between both arrangements, before and during the assembly thereof. Additionally, the present invention has ergonomic characteristics that avoid lesions in the hand of the user, also allowing the ear tag to be easily and quickly released from the applicator tag once it has been assembled, while the materials are waterproof and resistant, the configuration of the components allowing the tag to be submerged into a disinfecting liquid without affecting its operation.</p> |
