The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus for a ceiling panel. According to the present invention, structural means are integrally assembled and are installed in a ceiling panel fixing apparatus, thereby effectively preventing outer foreign substances, dust, bugs, moisture or the like from flowing inside. Therefore, the durability of the lighting apparatus may be extended, and the cycle of equipment trouble checking and the cycle of a cleaning work may be remarkably reduced. A ceiling panel may be replaced to be used so that an installation work may become simpler, and the beautiful appearance of the lighting apparatus may further effectively secured. The lighting apparatus is easily assembled with/disassembled from the ceiling panel fixing apparatus, and a dispersion plate is assembled and disassembled only by rotating an opening/closing part, thereby easily repairing and replacing equipment. Also, an installation/extension part is formed at the surface of a lighting housing so that the installation/extension part is coupled through sitting on a horizontal stand of a vertical fixing member, thereby increasing coupling performance. A locking protrusion part is formed on one surface of an inserting plate of a housing frame inserted into an elastic fixing part of the vertical fixing member, and the locking protrusion part is supported by a supporting plate of the vertical fixing member when force is exerted to the locking protrusion part in a lower direction, thereby further increasing coupling performance. |
