Provided is a technique for improving the impediment of the suppression of a high-frequency component of a power supply current by arithmetic processing in a current controller in an active filter. The current controller (5) performs a process for generating a three-phase voltage command value (V*) on the basis of the output of a differential current generator (3A). The current controller (5) achieves the above abovementioned process by performing proportional-integral (PI) control, for example, giving rise to a delay time (ta). When a deviation (Ie) is derived from a command value (Ic*) and a compensating current (Ic), the time (ta) causes a gap between the compensating current (Ic) and a high-frequency component, and acts as an impediment to suppressing the high-frequency component of the power supply current (Is). However, in the differential current generator (3A), the abovementioned impediment is eliminated or reduced by determining the deviation (Ie) from the compensating current (Ic) and a value (Ic*^), which is obtained by advancing the command value (Ic*) by a phase corresponding to the time (ta). |
