PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat belt device in which excessive vibrations of a tube member of a pretensioner included in a retractor are inhibited.SOLUTION: The invention includes: a door 15 which opens and closes an entrance 11 of a vehicle body; and a retractor device 25 provided at the door. The retractor device includes: a frame 70 attached to the door; a retractor 80 which is assembled to the frame, the retractor 80 where a seat belt 33 is stored so as to be pulled out; and a pretensioner 90 which pulls in the seat belt pulled out from the retractor when a predetermined or larger impact force is exerted on the vehicle body. The pretensioner includes a tube member 92 where one end part is connected with the retractor and the other end part extends to a periphery, the tube member 92 which may generate a pull-in force for pulling in the seat belt. A vibration inhibition part 60, which inhibits vibrations of the tube member occurring in an opening/closing direction of the door, is provided between the frame and the tube member. |
