PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document managing system that can appropriately make available to an authorization seeking user a document information set whose use its owner user desires to authorize.SOLUTION: A document management system comprises a document box 241 that stores a plurality of document information sets co-owned by a plurality of users, a priority order managing unit 256 that manages a position in a priority order allocated to each of the document information sets, an authorized user information managing unit 254 that manages authorized users whose use of a document information set is authorized by its owner user, and an access information notifying unit 257 that notifies authorized users managed by the authorized user information managing unit 254 of access information for accessing and using document information sets in the document box 241 in accordance with the priority order managed by the priority order managing unit 256. |
