PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station device, a mobile station device, and a mobile communication system that can reduce or prevent an impact on operation performance using a common signal at the mobile station device by inter-cell interference of the common signal fixedly transmitted in a prescribed frequency band and time slot in a downlink radio frame that is made to easily occur at the mobile station device by setting of a cell adjustment parameter.SOLUTION: A base station device fixedly transmits a common signal to a mobile station device 30 in a prescribed frequency band and time slot in a downlink radio frame. In addition, the base station device adjusts transmission power to be allocated to the common signal in a sub-frame including the common signal in the downlink radio frame according to setting of a cell adjustment parameter equivalently changing the size or connection rate of a cell corresponding to a base station device 20, or the size or connection rate of a cell corresponding to another base station device 10 adjacent to the base station device 20. |
