PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for reducing a service interference attack attempting to overpower a server or a server system and/or a cyber attack of any other type. ! SOLUTION: A proxy server monitoring an application server provides a client-side script embedded in a markup language for a client. The client-side script requires a user interaction within a time-designated period and requests delay before a response and/or a challenge cookie is set multiple times, thereby making a challenge to the client. If the client provides the requested user interaction within the designated time, is compliant to the delay and/or sets the challenge cookie with a right value, the proxy server registers the client on a white list over settable duration and transfers a subsequent request without a challenge. !
