PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for nonaqueous electrolyte power storage devices which is arranged by use of an epoxy resin composition, and which can contribute to the enhancement of a performance of a nonaqueous electrolyte power storage device.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a separator for nonaqueous electrolyte power storage devices, provided that the separator has a thickness in a range of 5-50μm and includes an epoxy resin porous film, comprises: a pore-making step of making porous an epoxy resin sheet including a hardened epoxy resin composition and porogen by removing the porogen from the epoxy resin sheet by use of a solvent to produce the epoxy resin porous film; and a processing step of bringing a liquid solution including 0.01-5.0 mol/L of an inorganic acid into contact with the epoxy resin porous film or the epoxy resin sheet.
