PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change processes of extracting a feature area from an image according to photographic conditions and removing a picture quality deterioration component according to the extracted area. ! SOLUTION: An image processing device is provided with: image read-in means of reading in a photographed image; optical information read-in means for a lens when an image to be processed is photographed; photographic area extraction means of extracting a feature area by reference to the image read in by the image read-in means and optical information read in by the optical information read-in means; image correction process means of performing an image correction process corresponding to the result of the feature area extracted by the photographic area extraction means; and image output means of outputting an image having been corrected by the image correction process means. !
