PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a timing for activating a sense amplifier. ! SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: a row decoder 11 that activates a word line WL in response to an act signal ACT; a sense amplifier SA that amplifies data on a bit line BL in response to a sense enable signal SE; a command address control circuit 21 that activates the act signal ACT in response to an active command; and a delay circuit 23 that, after a predetermined time has passed after the act signal ACT is activated, activates the sense enable signal SE. The delay circuit 23 includes: a variable delay circuit that controls a delay time on the basis of delay information D1 held in a fuse circuit 24; and a variable delay circuit that controls a delay time on the basis of delay information D2 held in a mode register 25.
