PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of effectively cooling an inner rotor even when the inner rotor does not rotate. ! SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine 101 includes: a rotary shaft 40; an inner rotor 10 which is provided in the rotary shaft 40 so as to integrally rotate with the rotary shaft 40; an outer rotor 20 disposed on the outer side of the inner rotor 10; outer rotor brackets 24, 25 rotatably supported by the rotary shaft 40; and a stator 30 disposed on the outer side of the outer rotor 20. An oil supply passage hole 44 is formed in the rotary shaft 40 and an oil circulation passage 46 is formed between the rotary shaft 40 and the second outer rotor bracket 25.
