<p>The present invention manufactures a fine capsule having a structure containing various synthetic and natural functional materials in numerous fine internal capsules having a diameter of less than 1-500 nanometers and existing inside a polymer fine capsule; manufactures a polymer fine capsule having excellent heat resistance and durability by adjusting the thickness of the outermost shell of the manufactured fine capsule by varying the amount of a cross-linking agent, the amount of a monomer to be added, the reaction temperature and reaction time; and mixes the polymer fine capsule with a water-soluble binder or disperses the polymer fine capsule so as to apply, to textile, a finishing agent in a state where the polymer fine capsule is dispersed in an organic solvent. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce the portion which, in conventional textile finishing, could not be applied to textile and was destroyed by being destroyed by heat. In addition, a functional textile exhibiting a stable sustained release property can be manufactured since the polymer fine capsule comprising functional materials applied to the textile does not release the functional materials contained therein all at once even if the capsule is damaged due to stimulation such as heat, friction or washing because of the structural stability thereof.</p> |
