In the present invention, an operation device comprises the following: a rotation knob (40) that when seen by a crewman protrudes to the near side of a panel (11) and that is operated by the crewman; and a main drive gear (30) to which the rotation knob (40) is assembled at a prescribed position. The main drive gear (30) includes a near-side regulating part (34), a far-side regulating part (near-side end face) (33a), and a contact part (flange) (32). The near-side regulating part (34) regulates the movement of the rotation knob (40) from the prescribed position to the near side. The far-side regulating part regulates the movement of the rotation knob (40) from the prescribed position to the far side. In a case where the rotation knob (40) has received an impact load of a degree that regulation by the far-side regulating part is ineffective, the contact part comes into contact with the rotation knob (40) which has slipped out of the prescribed position. The slip-out amount (L3) of the rotation knob (40) is set to a value such that the slipped-out rotation knob (40) does not touch the near-side regulating part (34). |
