<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing a byssus of mussel and separating and collecting the same, which increases productivity by efficiently removing the byssus of mussel, smoothly separates a broken shell, a foreign material, etc. discharged with the mussel, and separates and collects the mussel even by each size. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises an insertion guide container into which a mussel collected from an opened upper part is inserted and which guides the mussel to be supplied to a lower part; a first transfer conveyor belt having a rear end positioned in the lower part of the insertion guide container, and having a front end upwardly and slantingly installed in order to transfer the mussel toward the front part; a byssus removal portion having a rear end positioned at a lower part of the front end of the first transfer conveyor belt and receiving the mussel transferred from the first transfer conveyor belt in order to remove a byssus of the mussel, and transferring the same toward the front part; a second conveyor belt having a rear end positioned at a lower part of a front end of the byssus removal portion, receiving the mussel transferred from the byssus removal portion in order to transfer the same toward the front part; and a separation and collection portion positioned at a lower part of an front end of the second transfer conveyor belt, and receiving the mussel transferred from the second transfer conveyor belt in order to separate and collect the mussel only having greater than or equal to a predetermined size.</p> |
