The present invention relates to a system for detecting an oil leak of a gas station and measuring a level of oil in an oil tank. The present invention comprises: an oil transfer pipe which transfers oil in an oil tank to a lubricator including a first pipe secured to the oil tank and a second pipe secured to one end of the first pipe; an intake pump in between one end of the second pipe and the lubricator which intakes oil from the oil tank; an ultrasonic sensor attached to the external wall of the second pipe through a nondestructive method which generates ultrasonic waves to the inside of the second pipe and receives ultrasonic waves which passed through the inside of the second pipe; a leaked oil determining unit which analyzes a signal of the ultrasonic sensor and detects the presence or absence of oil in the second pipe; a first float member and a second float member which are applied to ultraviolet rays; a signal receiving unit formed by the first float member and the second float member and connected to the ultraviolet rays for receiving an elastic wave conveyed following the ultraviolet rays; and a controller which calculates the level of the first float member and the second float member by using the spreading time of the elastic wave spread from the first float member and the second float member to the signal receiving unit.
