The present invention relates to a method for joining metal and resin, comprising the steps: a step of processing a metal form; a step of using lasers to process the surface of the processed metal; and a step of extruding resins to the metal with the processed surface. According to the step of processing the surface, metal and resin are coupled by a groove including a convex unit protruding toward the outside and a concave unit formed on the rear of the convex unit, wherein the convex unit is formed by melting the surface of metal through the radiation of continuous laser beams.
