The present invention relates to an apparatus for activating a fuel cell stacks, and more specifically, relates to an apparatus for activating fuel cell stacks where electronic loads connected to a fuel cell stack is replaced with a cell bank to charge the cell bank by using the load of the fuel cell stack in the activation process and the charged electricity is supplied to an power system to minimize the waste of power due to the activation process and the number of serial or parallel connections of the cells in the cell bank is adjusted to fit the output voltage and current of the fuel cell stack in the activation process, thus the activation process can be executed by using the load of the fuel cell stack. |
