PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decrease in a melt viscosity of a composition comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (A), a low hardness thermoplastic elastomer (B), and an ionic conductive material (C) while maintaining semiconductive properties and low hardness of the composition, and to provide a semiconductive thermoplastic elastomer composition that can be subjected to melt (co)extrusion molding.SOLUTION: The semiconductive thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises: 30 wt.% to 95 wt.% of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (A); 70 wt.% to 5 wt.% of a low hardness thermoplastic elastomer (B) having a Shore A hardness of less than 58; and with respect to total 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (A) and the low hardness thermoplastic elastomer (B), 0.1 parts by weight to 10 parts by weight of an ionic conductive material (C); and 0.01 parts by weight to 5 parts by weight of a chelating agent (D) having a hydrogen ion concentration (pH) of less than 7 and including no metal element in the molecule.
