PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag capable of being torn along a cutting line by devising of a form and a combination of the cutting line formed in the front and the rear of the packaging bag, and preventing the occurrence of a crack of aluminum on the cutting line. ! SOLUTION: A packaging bag including laminates each having inner layers, intermediate layers, and outer layers, having heat seal portions of right and left side end edges at end edges opposed to each other. In both outer edges of the heat seal portions of right and left side end edges, I notches having the same positions in a vertical direction which are parallel to the heat seal portions of right and left side end edges.
