PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit heat generated by permanent magnets to a rotor core in a rotor for an electric motor where the permanent magnets are inserted into the rotor core. ! SOLUTION: In a rotor 1, permanent magnets 5 are fixed to slots 3, 4 provided at a rotor core 2 by an adhesive 7. The adhesive 7 is formed including an insulative resin material 11; and a ferromagnetic material 10. Further, the adhesive includes a heat transmission path which is formed by the ferromagnetic material 10 and transmits heat from the permanent magnets 5 to the rotor core 2. !
