PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize timing for transmitting position information. ! SOLUTION: A mobile terminal measures a migration length of the mobile terminal and elapsed time from a time point at which last transmission of position information is performed. The mobile terminal determines whether or not a measured time length is equal to or longer than a reference period, every time migration by reference length is measured; and transmits position information from a communication unit to a server device, in the case that the measured time length is equal to or longer than the reference period.
