PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable piezoelectric device in which impact resistance is enhanced by preventing a piezoelectric vibration piece from swinging significantly even when subjected to impact, while relaxing the stress acting thereon, thereby preventing damage on the piezoelectric vibration piece or variation of the frequency characteristics. ! SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device has two leads 141, 142 penetrating a base 110, and two supporters 151, 152 attached to the tips 141a, 142a of the leads 141, 142, respectively, and provided with holding portions 153, 154 holding a piezoelectric vibration piece 130. The supporters 151, 152 are provided with low rigidity portions 155, 156 having rigidity lower than that of other parts, at at least the portions of the linear portions 151c, 152c including the holding portions 153, 154, remote from the holding portions 153, 154. !
