PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of electrical trouble, in a slide contact portion, caused by intrusion of a foreign substance. ! SOLUTION: A dial (a dial base 41 and dial top 42) can be rotated while positioning a bearing part 41a around a shaft part 39a of a base 39. An annular part 41b is formed while protruding in an outer periphery of an upper end of the bearing part 41a, an annular protrusion 39b is formed while protruding in an outer periphery of an upper end of the shaft part 39a, and a bottom face of the annular protrusion 39b and a top face of the annular part 41b are brought into slide-contact. Since the slide contact part (a) is provided in a direction orthogonal to an intrusion direction of a foreign substance intruding from a gap between the dial and a push-button 53, such that the foreign substance is unlikely to intrude into the slide-contact portion. !
