PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper control device configured to wipe a wind shield to remove raindrops attached to the wind shield on the basis of remote locking/unlocking operation means for a door and a raindrop detecting portion provided in the wind shield. ! SOLUTION: The wiper control device is provided with: a wiper control portion 10 that controls an operation of a wiper 5 for wiping a wind shield 3 of a vehicle 2; an unlocking command detecting portion 9 for detecting a door unlocking command for the vehicle 2 given by a user; and a raindrop detecting portion 4 for detecting raindrops adhered to the wind shield 3.
