PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that even when accuracy of a reduction gear is deteriorated due to long-term deterioration or the like, it cannot be understood by a user. ! SOLUTION: An accuracy acquisition device comprises: a motor 11 for driving a drive object 14 in an industrial robot; a first encoder 12 for acquiring a position of the motor 11; a first reduction gear 13 for transmitting rotation of the motor 11 to the drive object 14; a second encoder 16 for acquiring a position of the first reduction gear 13 on the drive object side; and an accuracy acquisition part 17 for acquiring accuracy information which is information of accuracy of the first reduction gear 13, using the positions acquired by the first encoder 12 and the second encoder 16. Therefore, by using the accuracy information, accuracy of the first reduction gear 13 can be acquired, thereby deterioration of accuracy due to long-term deterioration or the like can be detected. !
