[Problem] To provide an imaging device (1) that efficiently radiates heat generated by an imaging element (20). [Solution] This imaging device (1) is equipped with: an imaging element (20) at which a light-receiving unit (21) is formed; a wiring board (40); a heat transmission member (30) comprising a material having a thermal conductivity of at least 15 W/(m·K) and containing a connection section (30X) connected to the imaging element (20), a bent section (30V) provided extending from the connection section (30X), and an affixing section (30Y) provided extending from the bent section (30V); and a casing (6) comprising a metal of which the inner surface contacts a portion of the affixing section (30Y) of the heat transmission member (30) housed therewithin. |
