The present invention relates to a pellet containing Houttuynia cordata, Ficus carica, and Citrus junos, and to a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the pellet is manufactured by using Houttuynia cordata having an effect of protecting a liver, Ficus carica, and Citrus junos, and is easily and conveniently eaten by a person. According to the present invention, the method includes: a washing step of washing Houttuynia cordata, Ficus carica, and Citrus junos for removing impurities; a pulverizing step of pulverizing Houttuynia cordata, Ficus carica, and Citrus junos into 100-200 mesh after drying Houttuynia cordata, Ficus carica, and Citrus junos; a sticky rice manufacturing step of boiling 20-30 wt% of sticky rice with 70-80 wt% of distilled water; a kneading step of mixing 33.87-38.87 wt% of the sticky rice porridge, manufactured in the sticky rice porridge manufacturing step, with 18.71-23.71 wt% of each powder of Houttuynia cordata, Ficus carica, and Citrus junos; a pellet shaping step of making dough, kneaded in the kneading step, into pellets; and a pellet drying step of drying the pellets, shaped in the pellet shaping step, with hot air. According to the present invention, the pellet, which can be easily and conveniently eaten by a person, can be manufactured by using Houttuynia cordata having an effect of protecting a liver, Ficus carica, and Citrus junos. |
