The present invention relates to an electric mat and, more particularly, to a power cutoff device of an electric mat, capable of automatically cutting off power by sensing that there is not a person in a power-on state if a motion is not sensed on the electric mat for preset time by sensing a fine motion applied to the electric mat when the power is on to use the electric mat. The automatic power cutoff device of the electric mat includes a mattress, a heating wire which is embedded in the mattress, a power supply unit which is connected to the heating wire and has power on and off functions and a temperature control function, and a sensing member which is embedded in the mattress, is connected to a time control sensor formed in the power supply unit, and conducts or blocks a current by the motion of the mattress. The sensing member includes a body which has a receiving chamber inside, a tension part which is connected to the time control sensor on both sides of the receiving chamber and is shaken by self-tension when a vibration and an impact are applied, and a current conducting terminal which is formed on the leading end of each tension part and conducts and blocks the current by being shorted in a surface contact state. |
