PASSENGER RAIL CAR COMPONENTS FOR LIFE TESTER AND THE CORRESPONDING TEST METHODS

The present invention relates to a tester for testing the life of an automatic lifting door component installed on the passenger car of a railway vehicle, i.e., a train. More specifically, the life tester of an automatic lifting door component for the passenger car of a railway vehicle comprises: a main body of the tester of a lifting door; an entrance door installed on the front of the main body; an air tank installed inside the main body to provide air pressure to the entrance door; a PLC program installed inside the main body and having an operation circuit contained to command the opening and closing operation of the entrance door; and an entrance door driving device installed on one side surface of the main body to execute the PLC program. Disclosed is a life test method of an automatic lifting door for the passenger car of a railway vehicle comprising: a preparation step of installing components such as a locking device, a telescope guide rail and a door engine, which are used in the passenger car of a railway vehicle, on the entrance door of the tester of a lifting door; a speed setting step of setting the opening and closing speed of the entrance door, which is identical to the opening and closing speed of the passenger car of a railway vehicle, as 30 seconds per time using the PLC program; an operation step of repeating the opening and closing of the entrance door once in 30 seconds using the entrance door driving device; a measurement step of measuring the number of times of opening and closing the entrance door using a counter; and a checking step of measuring change in the performance and abrasion of components as the number of times of opening and closing the entrance door increases. Moreover, the life tester of an automatic lifting door component for the passenger car of a railway vehicle and the corresponding test method according to the present invention enable the main components of an automatic lifting door to be replaced at proper time by grasping the life cycle of the main components of the automatic lifting door and can prevent a delay in the operation of a train caused by the malfunction of the automatic lifting door during the operation of the train, by replacing the components.
