PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that supports precise diagnosis in screening of congenital heart disease.SOLUTION: A first photosensor 3 is attached to a first body part of a subject. A first extinction ratio acquisition unit 21 acquires temporal changes in a first extinction ratio &phgr;1 at the first body part on the basis of a first signal G1 to be output from the first photosensor 3. A first oxygen saturation acquisition unit 23 acquires temporal changes in first oxygen saturation S1 at the first body part on the basis of the temporal changes in the first extinction ratio &phgr;1. A second photosensor 4 is attached to a second body part of the subject. A second extinction ratio acquisition unit 22 acquires temporal changes in a second extinction ratio &phgr;2 at the second body part on the basis of a second signal G2 to be output from the second photosensor 4. A second oxygen saturation acquisition unit 24 acquires temporal changes in second oxygen saturation S2 at the second body part on the basis of the temporal changes in the second extinction ratio &phgr;2.
